Built for anyone growing a career — designers, founders, analysts, teachers, switchers, and everyone in between.

WHAT ARC IS

Think of it as a gym and a matchmaker for your career.

Every conversation, reflection, interview, and challenge becomes proof of who you're becoming. Arc uses that living record to coach you, surface roles that genuinely fit, and help you keep track of every opportunity—from discovery to application—all in one place.

How it works

Three moves, one loop.

Train the skill. Watch yourself improve. Turn it into proof. Then go again — a little sharper each time.

The loop closes on itself: what you learn out there sends you back to practise sharper.

The features

Small tools. Real proof.

Practice · Speak

Get comfortable thinking out loud.

Pick a prompt, talk for sixty seconds, and get coached — not just scored. Arc shows you what worked, what to fix, and a sharpened version of your own answer. The people who grow fastest aren't the ones with the answer. They're the ones willing to think out loud.

Track · Log

Keep a career journal that builds itself.

Jot what you worked on or learned. Arc organises it for you — by day, by theme, by skill — with zero setup. Write down the mistakes, the hard conversations, the lessons. In a few years, you'll realise you were building your own MBA.

This week

  • MonPushed back in review — held my read on the trade-off.
  • WedExplained the risk to finance in plain numbers.
  • FriWatched how Ana ran the room. Steal the pauses.

Launch · Discover

A matchmaker for roles — on your side.

Swipe real openings. Arc reads two things a job board never will: whether you can get it, and whether it's even worth your energy. Money, level, industry, trade-off — the honest read a listing can't give you.

Should you apply?

"A step up with real upside — worth a tailored shot."

Early voices

Growth you can feel..

"I used to freeze in meetings. Two weeks of Speak and I actually started raising my hand."

"The blind-spot tracker was humbling. I never considered the business angle. Now I always do."
JJordanCareer switcher
"Discover stopped me spraying my CV everywhere. I apply to three roles now, not thirty — and I hear back."

The story

I built Arc because growth had nowhere to live.

I kept noticing the same thing: the skills that actually move a career — thinking clearly, communicating well, judging what matters — were the ones nobody practised on purpose. We read about them, then went back to being busy.

So I built the tool I wished existed. A quiet daily place to practise, watch yourself improve, and turn that growth into something real. Not another course to finish. A gym to keep coming back to.

Arc is where I keep the record of who I'm becoming. I hope it becomes that for you too.

Questions

Good to know.

No. Arc is for anyone building a career — designer, founder, analyst, teacher, or switching fields entirely. The skills it trains (thinking, communicating, judgement, problem-solving) matter everywhere.

Yes — practising, tracking your growth, and discovering roles are free. A premium tier adds deeper features like unlimited tailored applications and richer coaching. You'll never be charged just to apply for a job.

A few minutes a day. Arc is built around small, consistent reps — not marathon sessions. The streak rewards showing up, gently, without punishing a missed day.

Arc lives on the web today and works beautifully on any device. A dedicated iOS app is on the way — join on the web now and you'll be first to know when it lands.

It's yours. Your journal, scores, and history belong to you, and you can export them any time. Arc is a private space to think — not a feed to perform in.
